What the hell is going on?

I am so surprised that Maher Kenzari is ousted. Is it really the right and good decision? Right, I am not so sure. The team (EST) is winning and leading comfortably. A good decision, definitely not. The reason is that Maher Kenzari is likely the best young coach in the country. For the future, he is probably the best deal. If the people in the federation are smart enough, they can invest in this young coach. He can be a good assistant coach for a couple of year and then be promoted to be the manager of the national team. They should send him abroad (to Germany and England, but NOT FRANCE) to learn more. I am wondering if this decision has to do with Fouzi Benzarti being appointed as the national coach and that he wants Maher Kenzari in his team. The two know each other quite well and apparently can work together without problems.

Is Hamdi El-Meddeb the best for the EST?

I just want to add something concerning Hamdi El-Meddeb. I am wondering if he is the best person to be the head of a great organization like the EST. He certainly love the EST and helping a lot financially. He also is a very nice and wuite down to earth guy. I like him as a person. But on the other hand, since he became the head of the EST there a consistent lost of discipline among the players and some staff members. I never seen such a thing when Slim Chiboub was the head of the organization. Slim Chiboub as a person is arrogant and I personally do not like him. I believe he contributed to downfall of football in Tunisia because he loved the EST so much that he did everything to win and at all costs. But as a head of a big organization, he is probably one of the best. Hamdi El-Meddeb is not strong enough to guide a large team with some players believing they are big brilliant stars. I think one of the problem of the EST was Eneramo. He was certainly the best player and without him the EST might be in trouble. But he was also left behaving freely without strings. Others learned from him.
